Sports and Advanced Technology for a Next-Generation Healthcare System
When improving life for 100-year life spans, the ability to move the body freely is important to maintain a better quality of life (QOL), regardless of age, sex, or health condition. We aim to conduct studies to elucidate the mechanisms of the effects of exercise on disease, health, and QOL; evaluate assessment methods and the presentation of them; evaluate methods of exercise that are safe and easy to adhere to; and evaluate social implementation of these methods.
